In 2009, our founder and CEO Steve Marshall identified a need in the life insurance market and Reassured was formed. We started in a small, four person office in Alton – we now have a head office that is 22,000 square feet in Basingstoke and six other offices across the UK!
We now employ over 1,000 amazing people across our Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Manchester, Southampton, Bristol, Chester, and Bournemouth sites, protecting over 7000 families per month. We’re proud of how the business has grown and excited about what the future entails!
Our response to COVID-19
As Covid-19 continues to impact us all, we want to reassure you that our company remains thriving and stable.
We will always do everything we can to protect all of our team members’ health, family and income at this crucial time.
Created a work from home platform for our entire team in just two weeks.
We made no redundancies! Instead we bought 100’s of laptops so all our 750 people can work from home and continue protecting families.
Opened a new location without actually opening the location – hello team Bristol!
We remotely recruited and on boarded 35 amazing people.
Promoted 25 people, 4 of which were to senior manager level.
We continue to protect hundreds of families everyday.
