Team People have contributed to the award-winning success of Reassured since the company was founded in 2009. Learning & Development uphold our exceptional training programme and onboarding process which has been awarded the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award in 2018 and 2021.
Team People is an incredibly friendly and respectful environment where we work well together and support one another. Although it can be busy, it’s always rewarding with regular 121’s and opportunities for work shadowing in other areas.
Joining Reassured in 2018 reignited my passion for people and helped define who I am and what I can do as a People Professional. Working for such a fast-paced company has allowed me to be involved in many initiatives that have improved the day-to-day experiences for not just my team but everyone at Reassured. Putting continuous learning at the forefront of my career has been my goal since joining and it’s clear that Reassured supports me in doing so.
I can honestly say I have loved my time so far working at Reassured, after being in the company for just short period of time I have been welcomed into the team and have felt fully supported throughout my journey so far. I am excited for my future here and am keen to speak to people who would also like to part of this ever changing unique business.

At Reassured you have the opportunity to access professional accreditation and/or the availability to build upon your technical skills and knowledge to become fully qualified expert in your role.
