Our internal QA department’s goal is to ensure that every one of our customers at Reassured receives the very best service possible, ensuring that their families are properly protected. We review sales call recordings and policy documentation to ensure that the company’s compliance standards are met to the highest standard.

Having been a part of Reassured for many years, I have seen Reassured grow from a small team to large department. During my time, I have had the opportunity to support and encourage my colleagues to achieve their professional ambitions. No matter what your motivators are, there is something for everyone, I feel very lucky to work in a driven and engaged department!
Our roles in QA are varied and highly customer focussed. A can-do attitude, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when making decisions will serve you well as part of the QA team.
