The Risk and Compliance department help to ensure that Reassured is operating within regulatory requirements and creating positive customer outcomes. This is achieved through implementing policies and processes, setting risk appetites and controls, guiding the business on projects and day to day queries, and monitoring all areas of the business.

Compliance are vital in refining our service so that we are fully compliant as per the regulations set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We often describe our Risk team as the seatbelt of the business. They support the businesses successes whilst ensuring we do it in a safe and compliant way. Roles in Risk and Compliance need to lead on embedding a risk aware culture throughout the business by actively cultivating and maintaining stakeholder relationships, providing advice on risk management issues, and demonstrating the benefits.
