At Reassured, we're evolving the way we support learning and development across the business. We're looking for a Learning & Development Partner who can deliver impactful learning experiences today whilst helping shape a more strategic, performance-focused approach for the future.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on training delivery with genuine business partnering. You'll work closely with site leaders and managers to improve capability, develop future leaders, strengthen coaching practices and support colleagues throughout their learning journey. Whilst induction and onboarding remain a key part of the role, you'll also play an important role in helping us build a culture where learning drives performance and business success.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging induction programmes for new starters
• Design and deliver sales, soft skills, leadership and development training
• Coach employees and managers to improve capability and performance
• Create and maintain engaging training materials and learning resources
• Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and learning priorities
• Support leadership development, talent growth and succession planning initiatives
• Monitor learning effectiveness and measure the impact of development activity
• Ensure FCA regulatory training requirements are delivered accurately
• Manage learning records and support the effective use of our learning management systems

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Outstanding communication, coaching and facilitation skills
• Experience delivering engaging training programmes within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience identifying learning needs and translating them into practical solutions
• Proven ability to create engaging learning content using a range of delivery methods
• A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge, influence and support leaders
• Passion for helping individuals and teams achieve their potential
