Portsmouth / Basingstoke / Southampton (With travel to other sites as required)
£37,500 + Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing People team.

Working closely with hiring managers across the business, you'll manage recruitment activity from attraction through to offer, partnering with stakeholders to identify hiring needs, deliver effective recruitment strategies and secure high-quality talent.

This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with business partnering, giving you the opportunity to influence hiring decisions, build talent pipelines and contribute to wider talent initiatives that support business growth.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Managing end-to-end sales recruitment processes across a variety of locations
• Direct sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels
• Conducting competency-based interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment-focused events
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Ensuring all recruitment activity remains compliant with employment legislation and company policy

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• Recruitment experience gained in either an in-house or agency environment
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple vacancies within a fast-paced environment
• Confidence sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
• A proactive approach and the confidence to influence and challenge when appropriate
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• Experience using recruitment systems and reporting tools
