Compliance
The Compliance department here at Reassured consists of three teams, Quality Assurance, Complaints Remediations and Risk. Whilst these are three different functions, the commonality of all the teams is to ensure that every one of our customers at Reassured receives the very best service possible, ensuring that their families are properly protected.
There is much opportunity for progression at Reassured. I can see myself continuing to build my career here for a long time to come.
I feel a great sense of achievement knowing we are helping families to feel protected should the worst happen. Aside from working hard, there’s lots of opportunity for being social and letting off steam. Having recently returned from an all-expenses paid trip to Milan, I can say the Premier Club is a great incentive which is open to all areas of the business.
Reassured has provided me many opportunities to develop myself and progress within the QA department. With the introduction of the Apprenticeship Scheme it is providing me the opportunity to grow personally as well as professionally.

Our roles are varied and highly customer focussed. A can-do attitude, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when making decisions will serve you well as part of the Compliance team.
